Philosophy

I believe teaching music is sharing an art that provides opportunities for students to be included and inspired. Teaching music education creates connections that can be found in almost every other discipline: literacy, science, history, and math. While teaching music, I provide the chance for students, to feel accomplished through perfomances, to experience discovery through creativity, and to practice important life skills; such as, respect, effort and self-discipline.
