President Trani was the President of VCU during my graduate studies, and I served with him on VCU's Board of Visitors. I was the student representative to this board, representing more than 30,000 students.
Dr. Satin was the supervisor of my doctoral research on traumatic brain injury. I worked with him in his lab from 2004-2008

Executive and Regulatory Experience/ NONSCIENCE:
Producer, Hoggetowne Medieval Faire (Thieves' Guilde) Gainesville, Florida. 1996-1999. Responsible for safety standards and general production on more than 50 stage combat scenarios per year. Managed 125 cast members. Member of Board of Directors, 1997-1999.
Director, Virginia Renaissance Faire. Spotsylvania, Virginia 2006-2008. Responsible for direction of all units of faire personnel. Cast of 150. Established the VARF Fire Prevention and Safety Plan, 2006.
Safety Consultant, 1997-2008. Hired on freelance basis to ensure proper safety techniques used in blocking and planning theatrical combat and stunt. Has given weekend seminars and training events in theater safety. Full list of clients available in production CV, via portfolio link at right.
