Support HR Director and HR Managers.Excellent organizational and customer service capabilities with strong attention to detail. Work proficiently and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced and dynamic HR environment. Manage the process flow of employee status changes and maintain personnel files in accordance with established company procedures and approval delegation matrix. Provide general HR benefits information to employees. Interact with candidates, employees and management at all levels regarding HR policies and procedures. Process employee status change forms, title appointment forms, and other employee job changes.Provide benefits enrollment information and assistance to employees on a case by case basis. Maintain and report employees on Leave of Absence, Telecommuters and Unscheduled professionals. Assist in BU audits.Responsible for coordination of quarterly anniversary awards for the business unit.Work closely with internal Software Development Manager on enhancements to internal databases and intranet.
