  • Transition and Development Board position
  • Member of the transition and development board responsible for integrating layouts, business processes, human organization, investments, IT, and cost activities during the purchase of 14 Ramstore hypermarkets by Auchan City.
  • 6-month deadline and 14 million dollars in financial backing to manage the project from the time of its inception to the last step of integration.
  • Reached 200 % of the forecasted objectives for 2008.

Auchan Sokolniki (Moscow and regions)                                                              10/2006 - 11/2007

  • Senior Manager position
  • Led 12 managers and 450 employees and controlled the biggest cash department within the group, built from scratch, and having started with almost nothing. Managed the project right from the start.
  • Four main axes: sales, human resources, cost and financial management, and work in technical areas.
  • Budget of 4.3 million Euros for the department.
  • Coach for the regional openings
  • Responsible for hiring, training and coaching fellow senior managers to inaugurate stores in 6 regions, first in Moscow, followed by stores in other regions.
  • On a corporate level, wrote and formalized the processes to manage openings for the human resources and cash departments, initiating strategies which are currently in use all over Russia.
  • Finance, Budgeting & Cost Control of the cash departments' installations (1 million Euro by store on average).

  • Joined with the first expatriates from France to build from scratch, the first and the second hypermarkets in Moscow.
  • My mission was to organize orders, make deliveries, and fill up several non-food markets in the stores. Also to train, and coach the Russian managers in accordance to the Auchan standards and collaborative mindset
  • Realizing 15 million Euros turnover in 2003 on the non-food markets I was in charge.
  • Mitishi and Kommunarka are now the first hypermarkets in terms of turnover within the whole group.
