2012 - Present

EVP, Managing Director, Data and Analytics

Manage the Data and Analytics practice at Starcom, across all clients, including Kraft, Samsung, VISA, USCell, DeVry, AB Inbev, Novartis, and Allstate. Lead a team of 50+ data scientists and analysts.

Develop Starcom’s analytics tools for big data activation, for media-mix modeling, and for multi-touch attribution. First in market to include set-top box TV data in our patent-pending attribution model. 

Generated $19MM in revenue through project work and product sales. Doubled revenue in less than two years. Built West Coast office to service new clients (AirBnB, Houzz, Entertainment Arts, Twitter).

Hill Holliday

2010 - 2012

Led the Hill Holliday Analytics team. Managed nine analytics consultants across all Hill Holliday's clients, such as, Dunkin Donuts, Liberty Mutual, and T.J. Maxx.

Introduced reporting automation and attribution to reduce time spent on data processing and provide better insights to our clients. Selected a partner vendor (visual IQ) after a comprehensive review.

Drove $50MM incremental marketing-driven profit through corporate-wide adoption of marketing-mix modeling insights. Managed RFP process to select a marketing-mix vendor.

Led RAPP's Chicago office and managed 9 analytics consultants in Dallas and Chicago. Maximized Hyatt's, H-E-B's, and Direct Energy's loyalty marketing efforts through analytics. Built HP's global reporting platform.

Led the Strategy and Analysis capability in Digitas' Chicago office. Provided data-driven insights to General Motors, Allstate, Turner, AmEx, AOL, etc. Grew the practice in Chicago from 5 to 25 analysts. Increased consideration for GM by 30% by optimizing advertising on Edmunds.com.

2000 - 2002

Project Manager/Sales Engineer

Generated 25% of the 2001 divisional revenue by creating and selling the company's entry-level CRM offering. Sold $1. 5MM multi-partner CRM engagement to Pep Boys in partnership with Siebel Professional Services.
