Rethinking Collaborative Communities

I am an experienced community manager and thought leader in online and offline communities.  I'm driven to understanding, systematizing, and repeating positive interactions.  I've been called the "manufacturer of clue" - I thrive on collaboration, and I'm just nosy enough to want to learn everything about... well, everything.

I will not work in your silo, and I will not stay inside my "box" - but I will help you understand and listen to communities in ways you didn't know were possible.... the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I won't be satisfied until I'm working for someone that I hired - and that day isn't going to be long, I know it.  Let's understand, let's develop, let's collaborate, and let's learn together.

In short, let's have an adventure!
