Assessed Kuwaiti participants’ management competencies against the British Institute of Management CMP standards for the first course run outside the UK.  Consulted Gulf Bank business unit and human resource executives on assessment policies and procedures.  Trained a British Council instructor as a CMP Local Assessors and inducted a second course.

  • Successful supported the first British institute of Management course run outside the UK.  95% of participants completed the course.

  • Successfully initiated procedures for members to consolidate personal debts, extend or curtail assignments or compassionate grounds, and obtain alcohol rehabilitation and stress-reduction counseling.

  • Interviewed over 100 civilian candidates (as a member of the RAAF Officer Interview Board) for appointment as Air Force officers.  70% approved for commissioning as officers.

Delegated curriculum review duties to 10 officer instructors and monitored the assessment of officer candidates at the Royal Australian Air Force Officers’ Training School.  Lectured officer candidates on induction course subjects including oral/written communications, lesson planning/presentation, financial policies/procedures, and specialized in the instruction and assessment of leadership.  Developed, presented and evaluated specialist courses for junior Administrative Officers.
