As a Business Manager, my responsibility is to provide budget and financial management expertise and develop long-range plans for new and complex programs and projects. As Projects grow larger and more complex, an effective Project Manager must create and execute project work plans and revises them as appropriate as possible in order to meet changing needs and requirements, as well as narrowing down the exposure of risk on Projects.
