- Create business plan and set revenue target for two stores for whole year.
- Set up new stores in Vo Van Tan and Cach Mang Thang Tam streets
- Develop and apply sales and customer service processes
- Analyze and manage sales figures, forecast future sales
- Inventory planning, ordering and management
- Visit stores regularly to identify and solve urgent business issues
- Build relationship, manage and negotiate with stakeholders, including investors, customers and suppliers
- Manage sell-in, sell-out, cash flows and financial related issues
- Determine marketing strategy by research market, reviewing business performance and budget
- Renovate and standardize brand image of Fonebox, including store design, display, staff uniform, website, etc.
- Develop and manage digital and online marketing. Analyze channel effectiveness to distribute budget accordingly.
- Organize promotion & activation programs to attract shopping traffic. Evaluate each program effectiveness towards business results
People & organization development
- Recruit, train and inspire a team of 15 people to achieve company’s target without compromising personal goals
- Lead and manage the team, handling all people issues
