  • Designed an EFM Vendor List/Manual for departmental use.
  • Acquired one-on-one technical training from departmental engineers on how to interpret drawings related to various WGP projects.
  • Assembled parts lists (including ordering parts) for WGP projects.
  • Distributed Transco key tumblers along with lock boxes to designated field locations.
  • Assembled the Golden Pass Job Book for departmental use.
  • Assisted departmental engineers on various assignments related to WGP projects.
  • Participated in the WGP “Accountability for Safety” video with other Williams interns.Employees will view this video in 2008/2009 in support of Williams’ “Core Values and Beliefs” regarding safety.
  • Facilitated the “Hover-Craft” Experiment for the Williams “Bring Your Sons and Daughters to Work Day”.Tasks included team leadership in coordinating with fellow interns on presentation material, props and handout material.
  • Successfully completed all safety/online trainings required by Williams Gas Pipelines.

  • Updated the WGP Internal “State to State” and External Permit Requirement Guides.
  • Obtained an overall better understanding of the Gas Pipeline industry and the important role of safety as well as environmental/natural resource permitting.
  • Organized and transferred environmental and natural resource files from one Company file room to another.Process also included identifying and sending documents for permanent retention as well as electronically archiving documents for departmental use.
  • Facilitated the “Mad Scientist” Experiment for the Williams “Bring Your Sons and Daughters to Work Day”.
  • Successfully completed all safety/online trainings required by Williams Gas Pipelines.

I am currently a baseball player at the University of Texas at Dallas.  Baseball has helped me develop my leadership skills along with team skills.  Balancing school with a sport allowed me to develop great time management which allows me to complete all task that come my way.


  • The past two summers I have worked with WGP in Houston as an intern and I am going on my third internship this summer of 2009.
  • I Worked in Environmental Permits, Natural Resources and Contracts Group my first year in 2007 and in Pipeline Design my second year in 2008.
  • I have knowledge on how the gas-pipeline industry works and what is needed from engineers to become a successful organization.
