  • Built transistors/capacitors in clean room using Sputter Deposition,Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition, Reactive Ion Etch, Contact Alignment, and Electron Beam Evaporation.
  • Measured capacitors’ breakdown voltage and capacitance using 4-probe station
  • Assisted to deposite ITO thin films on PEN substrates with CHA roll-to-roll high vacuum coater at room temperature
  • Researched crystallinities, grain sizes, interplane distances, preferred orientation of ITO thin films using X’pert Data Colletor and X’per High Score Plus of X-ray Diffraction(XRD)
  • Measured thin film thickness using Ellipsometer
