Zack Barton was born in St. Louis Missouri on April 10, 1993. He is currently in his senior year at Lindbergh High School. He aspires to gain experience in the restaurant management field and open his own bar/restaurant after high school.

Zack attended Lindbergh High School from the fall of 2007 to the spring of 2011. During his high school career Zack played the tuba in the symphonic band as well as played the sousaphone in the marching band his freshmen through junior year. Being in marching band taught Zack how to work hard, strive for excellence, and always try to better things that can get better. He frequently participates in community service throughout is community in order to better it. Marching band gave him a great sense of leadership and responsibility. The ability to strive for excellence that he learned in marching band carried over into his academics. In April of Zack’s junior year he took the ACT standardized test and earned a composite score of 28. His highest score was in English, in which he earned a 32. He is set to graduate in May of 2011, but since he has earned so many credits in school he will get out of school in March. When he is out of school he will still strive to do community service pretty often.

Outside of school Zack has many interests. From sophomore year to the middle of his senior year Zack worked at Miss Sheri’s Cafeteria as a dishwasher where he learned many ways to keep things clean and hygienic. In the middle of his senior year Zack continued his job at Miss Sheri’s but also obtained another job at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store as a dishwasher. Working in these two different restaurants have taught him how restaurants work and how things should be done. Working in these two restaurants have given Zack a good basis for opening his own bar/restaurant.

On January 26, 2011 Zack became a father to a baby boy. Being a father has taught him extreme patience, self-reliance, care-giving skills, and financial mastery. Being a father so young has matured him more than most other people his age. Currently Zack has a newborn son at home, two jobs, and school. Even in his chaotic life he still is able to maintain order and control. In any given situation he can take charge and make sure what needs to get done does in fact get done. He works tirelessly and non-stop to get everything done.
