Majáles is a celebration of spring and student´s life during whole April. Over the past years grew up into the biggest Czech festival and is organized in Prague, Brno and Hradec Králové. I created and take care for a strong team of young people working for Majales . I manage two working groups. First one is a 30 Mystery shoppers where I am responsible for creating a different team every year, coaching, executing and final reporting. Second group is focused on catering and bars - responsible for coaching, executing and final sales reports.
