Beach Developments

The project consisted of the amalgamation of numerous properties in this beachside suburb. The site covered approx 920sqm and would have allowed for the construction of luxury 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses. The aspect was north-east and enjoyed uninterrupted views across the Pacific Ocean and northern parklands of Coogee beach. Parcels of this size and carrying the appropriate development consents from Randwick council would create a unique offering for this eastern suburbs beachside suburb located 8 km from our CBD. The legal process over the period consisted of development application to local council and spirited litigation in the Land & Environment Court. The opportunities would have allowed for not only contemporary multi-dwelling homes and or apartments, but also the removal of properties that were whilst suitable in the era of their construction post WW1 were however past their best and limited in their available amenities as parking is non-existent during summer weekends for local residents.
