Managed marketing campaign systems development for the Medicare Part D line of business. ·Selected to receive recognition award for successful launch of Medco Medicare Part D offering and successful program launch of 1st Medicare Mail Conversion program. Successful program launch was highlighted in a corporate marketing summary distributed to Medco’s Chief Marketing Officer and the executive team.
·Led a Medicare Part D mail conversion campaign that resulted in a 118% patient conversion rate and a 121% successful prescription conversion rate from retail pharmacies to Medco mail order pharmacy. Medco became the leading Medicare Part D benefit provider as a result.
·Managed project budget, resource allocation and made recommendations for additional headcount to support business needs for 4 additional projects.
·Created and managed the 4 member Medicare Campaign development team. Trained team to become proficient in Medicare campaign development to ensure data quality.
·Controlled scope of 5 to 10 concurrent projects by prioritizing issues to make appropriate recommendations to senior management on best alternative solutions. The result was the successful generation of Medicare campaign mailings which met aggressive project timelines and ensured 100% on time mailing delivery.
·Developed business rules matrix for Medicare mail conversion to ensure reusability and ease of maintenance.
·Managed project plans and implemented them using systems development life cycle (SDLC) for marketing campaigns for Medco’s Medicare Part D program. This resulted in the successful implementation of the campaign mailings which increased the enrollment in Medco’s Medicare prescription drug plan. Rapid enrollment of 200,000+ new members and the retention of satisfied clients was achieved.
