Responsible for marketing strategy, and for oversight and maintenance of in-house IT, including management of outsourced resources.
- Social media strategy, implementation, engagement, and ongoing management.
- Photography and videography - shows, events, promotion, behind-the-scenes, etc.
- Graphic design - posters, web graphics, advertising, etc.
- Traditional marketing, including email strategy, press releases, print media and event calendars.
- Heavy usage of WordPress, the Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro and GarageBand.
- Management of all outsourced creative services.
- Rehosted and rebuilt the mauiacademy.org website from scratch using WordPress.
- Implemented G Suite for email and documents.
- Implemented Dropbox as part of an organization-wide storage strategy.
- Managed internal network and Internet firewall.
- Oversight of all outsourced IT-related services.
