About Peter Dzuba

A member of the Florida Bar, Peter Dzuba leads his own law firm in Fort Lauderdale, where he focuses on international and business law. As a business lawyer, he provides counsel to small businesses and startup companies on a wide range matters, including equity financing agreements, commercial transactions, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Along with general business counsel, Peter Dzuba is able to advise early-stage technology startup companies on the unique legal matters they encounter.

In his international law practice, Dzuba helps clients expand their business endeavors abroad and manage legal challenges related to cross-border transactions. From his Fort Lauderdale office, he works with both U.S. and foreign investors as a multi-lingual lawyer with fluency in English, Spanish, Italian, French, and Ukrainian. While working with foreign investors interested in the U.S. market, Dzuba can also take care of the related immigration matters.

To prepare for his career as an international and business lawyer, Peter Dzuba earned a BS in economics and a BBA in finance from Stetson University. He then earned a JD from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida.
