A finance executive who has lent his expertise to a wide range of companies, Peter Culpepper has proven a valuable asset to numerous employers. Currently the Chief Financial Operator and Chief Operating Officer of biopharmaceutical company Provectus Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., he has utilized consultancies and outreach projects to increase investor awareness of this still relatively young company. Now that Provectus Pharmaceuticals is publicly traded, Peter Culpepper also spearheads United States Securities and Exchange Commission filings and investor financing and is accountable for over $10 million in profit and loss (P&L) reporting.Before working with Provectus Biopharmaceuticals, Peter Culpepper served as a Management Consultant for Felix Culpepper International, Inc. From 2001 to 2004, he fulfilled a number of roles for the company, including acting as a representative with AXA Advisors, LLC, through which he provided corporate and individual clients with insurance services. A Certified Public Accountant in multiple states, Mr. Culpepper has also acted as a consultant for potential investors.At the turn of the century, Peter Culpepper held a position with fiber optics manufacturer Neptec, Inc., as its Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. In charge of $10 million in P&L reporting, he oversaw a team of six, leading it through compliance, management, and exchange with foreign markets. Peter Culpepper also took part in auditing efforts and pre-initial public offering activities and acted as the Corporate Secretary of the Management Board.Peter Culpepper got his start in the world of finance in the early 1990s, working for such companies as Paging Network, Inc., where he served as the Director of Accounting. Quick to establish himself professionally, he operated $100 million in P&L and oversaw a staff of over 100 throughout a number of departments. Peter Culpepper holds an Associate in Applied Sciences in Accounting from Northern Virginia Community College and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of William & Mary. In 1992, he earned his Master of Business Administration from Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
