Provided executive management leadership to GHI's diverse business units managing a 30 person staff spanning 7 countries on 5 continents, 15 internet properties, 90+ products and services, working with more than 400+ partners worldwide. Managed production of 300+ active engagements, corporate marketing strategy, channel management, and product development within GHI's fastest growing service segment, Search Engine Marketing.


  • Led GHI's product development team and developed, branded, and deployed PPC Pay-Per-Click advertising solution resulting in $26,000 of managed advertising spending across 30+ accounts within a year.
  • Pioneered a PPC coaching service resulting in the training of three Google AdWords Professionals (GAP's), and a new service offering targeting existing AdWords users.

Air Enterprises, Inc.

Director of Information Technology & Material Management

Directed all IT, production scheduling, purchasing, and marketing activities. Established a location-independent, global network operations center by implementing new gigabit LAN backbone, Wi-Fi, Cisco virtual private network (VPN), multiple remote access solutions, redundant dedicated internet access, centralized disaster recovery and a fleet of Email / web enabled smart phones. Deployed CRM, ERP, and 3D CAD systems, and re-engineered core business processes.Managed 50 domains and 6 discrete websites, including a Dot Net Nuke sales extranet portal, Search Engine Optimization SEO), and Email campaigns efforts. Successfully migrated one LAN to an application service provider (ASP) model, resulting in dramatically lower total cost of ownership (TCO), increased reliability, security, and scalability while simplifying technology costs to a fixed monthly expense. Information Systems Manager

Spearheaded the implementation of, and launched an ERP manufacturing software system named TCM including all back-office applications, MRP and shop floor. Designed and managed key aspects of a 45 thousand square foot stamping facility expansion using computer simulation of product workflow.Justified $6MM expansion cost with $13MM savings over 3 years.
