From April 2008 to present: with some members we have funded a Company named Vivas Consulting Ltd. (headquarters in Bergamo) with the objective of promoting consultancy services and feasibility studies within the renewable energies market. We can also offer a complete system product portfolio offering by mean of competitive and qualified installers and technical partnerships.

Since February 2009 a second company called Vivas Engineering Ltd. (with headquarters in Milan and parent Company of Vivas Consulting Ltd) has been created to provide to our Customers a complete package support with regards to PV (Photovoltaic) system engineering. The different steps offered are: preliminary andfinal project,bureaucratic aspects in order to guarantee incentives achievement as per Government law enforced, on site work directions up to final system testcompletion. My main responsibility within the two companies is to support Vivas Consulting marketing function in the preparation of key accounts feasibility studies as well as business planning preparation. Regarding Vivas Engineering I’m responsible for Company administration, Program Management with relative procedures implementation as well as supporting our technical staff towards projects preparation.

From February 2007 to March 2008: Consultant for T-Italia SpA company based in Mazzano (Brescia). The T-Italia is a holding company with different companies operating, mainly in the field of consultancy and services in areas such as telecommunication, outsourcing administrative services, staff training, image / marketing, real estate, information technology, energy, ... . Within this group, I was in charge in T-Energia Ltd to provide consulting service (following up on commercial network reports) to our customers interested in the electric and renewable energy studies.These studies consisting:

- for electric energy on Customer yearly baseline consumption and relative cost profile evaluation compared to free market benchmark in order to identify and propose, when any, cost optimization and service monitoring;

- for renewable energies (mainly related to photovoltaic portion) by providing, after a detail on site inspection, one or more market offers to guide them thru best supplier identification and contract finalization

From May '05 to August 2006: Customer Manager Europe for Delphi Thermal Systems (Group Delphi Automotive Systems - USA) in the so called New Markets application for STAC (i.e.: Stationary and Transport Air Conditioning). In this role I was accountable for new businesses awarding and relative contract finalization from main Customer (Carrier Group), as well as to provide the necessary support in the context of the development team. Delphi Thermal is a world leader Company in the design, development and production of equipment for heating and air conditioning for automotive and other applications (Thermal Management Systems). This company is part of Delphi Group (former ACG – Automotive Component Group of General Motors), a world leader in the field of automotive systems and components supply. Work location: Turin.

From April '02: Managerial Promotion (Dirigente) and nomination to Lead Program Manager in the Commercial Vehicles & Special Applications (OESA) for Delphi Harrison Thermal Systems, with the added task, in addition to those already defined (see below), to harmonize activities within different Program Managers by mean of procedures application(PDP01: Product Development Process) andbest practice standardization, project resource budgeting and monitoring as per business plan and to support the marketing function thanks to previously acquired experiences in the Sales function. Work location: Molinella (Bologna).From June '00 to March '02: Program Manager for Delphi Harrison Thermal Systems, and transfer to the plant of Molinella (Bologna) with the job of Program Manager for the area OESA (Commercial Vehicles & Special Applications).

My main responsibilities in the predicted role being the following: - Coordination of multi-functional project teams, formed at the acquisition of some important commissions for domestic and foreign customers OE (i.e.: Renault Agriculture, Fiat-Kobelco, GM-Avtovaz,…) within a matrix organization with responsibility for aspects of meeting technical requirements, product performance, quality assurance, project planning milestones as well as budget/financial results- Responsibility for implementation within the Commercial Vehicles & OE Special Applications System of the so called PDP01 procedure (Product Development Process: in compliance with QS9000 standards) with project tasks management from Project Initiation up to Production release phase. In this role I took care of activities reorganization within the team of the new working method, as well as by providing to the staff the necessary guidelines and proposals for proceeding with the reorganization and for a correct application of the system in line with Delphi Headquarters, procedures, still preserving the necessary need for flexibility to respect Customer project milestonesfor the concerned market (i.e.: earth moving equipment, agriculture tractors, sports cars, commercial vehicles). For this job I was reporting to the Sales Business Unit Director.
