For the past 20 years, the company has served clients in the automotive, energy materials, mining, packaging (medical, food processing) and consumer products industries.

Projects have ranged from mechanical design and fabrication of basic prototypes, parts, tooling and specialized equipment to development of complex pilot plant systems and automated manufacturing equipment.

One of the company's notable strengths is its access to a large pool of technical partners that deliver specialized solutions (3-D design, electrical/mechanical engineering etc.) on an "as needed basis".  This strategy improves lead-time and provides a major cost benefit to clients as overhead expenses are substantially reduced.

Skills

Product/Process Improvement
Experience in analyzing and developing methods to improve functionality and cost performance of products or manufacturing processes.  Extensive background in troubleshooting of existing manufacturing processes and equipment.
Prototyping and Fabrication
Comprehensive experience in production of prototypes (display, functional, technology demonstration etc.) for a broad range of industrial applications using a wide variety of materials as demonstrated in 100+ customer prototypes.
Tool and Equipment Design
Expertise in modeling and design of specialty tooling and manufacturing process equipment using engineering software (SolidWorks, Pro/E etc.).  Ability to analyze customer's application and recommend cost effective designs and improvement techniques.
Mold Design and Casting
Extensive education and experience in pattern-making, investment casting, permanent/low pressure mold casting and multi-core sand casting
