·Office management for the Executive floor, making administrative and operational decisions and judgments.
·Immense ability in appointment making, calendars coordination, creating schedules, travel arrangements and expense reports.
·Support and coordination for departmental meetings, conferences and events.
·Act as a liaison between the company and service providers during regional meetings.
·Responsible for sending out corporate goals weekly to Regional Managers.
·Complete knowledge of supply equipment, service ordering and inventory control.
·In-depth customer service skills and sales.
