As the sole manager for this retail/restaurant business daily responsibilities varied and included, however were not limited to:

• Managing, training and scheduling a staff of 8-15 employees
• Managing all aspects of the business’ operation including inventory, ordering, receiving, quality control, payroll, marketing & advertising (online, onsite and print), managing multiple vendor relationships, customer service and complaints

Assisted the Marketing and Business Development staff seasonally during 2007 and 2008 and became a full time employee in 2009 leaving my past seasonal employer as a full time employee of 14 years. Duties during this time included assisting the Market Research Manager, Communications Coordinator, Creative Services Coordinator and VP of Marketing and Business Development. Also became solely responsible for the corporate website.

Marketing, specifically electronic marketing, is a continuously changing field that requires ongoing education to be effective as a professional. Technologies are now out-of-date within months of implementation.
