  • Dealers Training and development---- helped dealers to optimize their sales management process, provided daily support and enabled dealers to improve management efficiency and quality, supported dealers to achieve or exceed the wholesale or retail plan, upgraded customer satisfaction.

  • Dealers Management---- Managed regional dealers performance, coordinated plant and dealers in the order-to-delivery process, helped dealers better understand and obtain plant policies and resources. Meanwhile, helped Changan Ford plant general sales strategy implementation in the region, achieved all the sales target. Also managed regional price control among dealers, to build up healthy competition environment for reasonable profit sharing. At last, monitored dealers' profitability in a regular basis to make sure business grows healthily.

  • Marketing activity support---- Involved and supported Changan Ford plant regional marketing activities, to lift Ford brand influence in the region, also monitored dealers to have necessary promotions. Including Beijing Tier-A auto show, regional Tier-B/C auto show and dealers showroom activities.

  • Maintenance of VIP customers---- In charge of all VIP purchasing issues in Beijing, including government officials, vendors, media resources, key partners. Key achievement:

  • 2014, Beijing license plate quota was cut down 40% Y/Y. Meanwhile, bimonthly plate lottery was applied in the same year. However, Changan Ford market share still kept growing in comparison with our rivals in Beijing market.
  • As Beijing Sales Zone Manager, involved in preparation of Beijing Auto Show, cooperated and coordinated with internal and external resources as well as reception of Changan Ford executives and some VIPs.  Detailed preparation was highly appreciated by company executives.

  • Dealer Zibo Xinhui sales 134% growth Y/Y. Dealer Laiwu Huamao market share improved 39%. Regional sales target achieved 110%. Obtained first class of sales performance among company sales force.

  • Supported company to make regular dealer assessment, closed unqualified dealers, added 3 more good dealers. The new dealers all exceeded 30% of sales plan in the first year.
