- Ensure the integrity of the AS/400 and Windows NT4.0 network data for 60 users.

- Provide desktop administration and help desk for a manufacturing environment in areas

such as new equipment installation , configuration, hardware , upgrades, patches and

troubleshooting to ensure peak performance provided to the end user.

- Daily AS/400 operations , printers and Symbol scanners.

- AS/400 and LAN Support.

- Daily and Month-end Report generating and distribution.

- AS400 and Network Disaster recovery , Data backup and restore.

- Patch cable construction.

  • Meridian phone system.

    • Welch Allyn cordless scanners

    • - System support for Night Shift Plant Operations in a JIT manufacturing environment.

  • - Windows XP installation and support/help desk at Kitchener and Ajax  plants.

    - Running , maintaining and closing of Oakville plant.

    - Cheque runs.
