I provide HR, HR Information Systems and Talent Acquisition support to several of Ultra Electronics' Business groups across North America to include Advanced Tactical Systems, Airport Systems, Nuclear Sensors & Process Instrumentation (NSPI) and ProLogic Inc. Responsibilities: Manage full life cycle talent acquisition and management initiatives for on-boarding Technical and Professional staff. Provide HR guidance in defining, developing and documenting workflow processes and programs related to branding, sourcing, acquiring, on-boarding, HR new hire orientation, compensation & pay planning, benefits, employee engagement & relations, performance management, HRIS & HRIM applications, terminations and off-boarding. *Engaged in development, documentation and delivery of the Lominger Leadership Architect solution (www.lominger.com) for enterprise-wide integration of behavioral-based competency models into HR, talent acquisition, performance management and HR change management processes. *Leading Intellum LMS implementation effort (www.intellum.com) for Ultra as well as an online Performance Mgmt System. *In early 2010 migrated Ultra ATS' Talent platform from Jobster to Jobvite (www.jobvite.com) to increase social recruiting, employment branding, communication, requisitioning and metrics capabilities.
