Autodesk Iventor
Through my school I have worked with both 2008 and 2010 versions of this software. I love the 2D to 3D theory of designing, and the tools available in Inventor are amazing. I believe this software will give Solid Works a run for it's money in the near future as the industry leader.
Autodesk Revit Architecture
From the moment I laid eyes on this software, I was in love. To me this is the very future of both residential and commercial design. I have limited experience with this software, but have been doing my best to improve by using any tutorials that I can locate, and by simply selecting floor plans and designing them with Revit. I have worked both with the 2010 and 2011 versions of this program and trying to soak all information I can up like a sponge.
I have been using AutoCAD for several years now, starting with version r14 and up. Recently I've become very proficient with both the 2008 and 2010 versions, starting from basic 2D design, and building with 3D as well. One thing that I pride myself with is my knowledge of "hot keys" to speed up whatever project I'm working on.

My objective is to land an entry level position with an Architecture/Engineering firm to display and improve upon my drafting skills.

I love learning new design software and programs. This to me is a strength in the field I have chosen to be a part of. My first love with design is architecture, but I have found that I am also up to the challenge with the mechanical field as well. I am motivated and well organized to be a dependable, and contributing team member, also driven enough to on my own on projects with minor assistance.
