Established company operations on behalf of Danish headquarters in Washington DC. The role included general company representation vis-à-vis the US Government; the company's main customer and general management of company presence in Washington DC. Helped secure US Government contract (HHS) valued at 500 mln with $1.1 bln expandable option of 3rd generation smallpox vaccine. The role was expanded in 2008 to include Customer Affairs function to support commercial objectives in the broader Middle East region This role was also aimed at maximizing overall US strategic business potential by making sure all local resources engage, maintain and build long lasting and successful US relationships.
