  • Because of the bank's staffing situation, I took on this dual role, managing 400 international client accounts, primarily from Mexico, with a portfolio value of $20 million, as well as providing service to domestic clientele. 
  • General responsibilities included selling banking products, loans, investments, and providing customers with quality service, in both English and Spanish.
  • Accomplishments include bringing $600,000 of new money to the bank during a product promotion in March of 1995, and placing first company-wide (all cities) on cross-selling ratios for the 1st quarter of 1995.
