Ø  Responsible for all operations in the terminal and line-of-road.

Ø  Coordinate daily with various departments including upper management, customer service and crew management as well as external customers

Ø  Work with field managers and Labor Organizations on a daily basis regarding concerns in the T&E work force and application of Labor Agreements

Ø  Coordinate and lead conference calls between Labor Relations and Division Management to review waste arbitraries and opportunities to reduce operational costs

Ø Attend regional staff meetings as liaison between Labor Relations and Division/Region upper management

Ø  Developed Hearing Officer Training program for all T&E, Mechanical, and Engineering managers and maintaining the administrative upkeep of the program to include scheduling training, updating the score cards, maintaining the Hearing Officer Info section on the CSX Gateway

Ø  Developed training for and trained Management Trainees introducing them to the function of Labor Relations and witness training

Ø  Coordinate with CMC, Benefits and Payroll to determine eligibility of Stock Awards and Demand Day Off Awards per the BLET Single System Agreement

Ø  Supervision of personnel to include authorizing pay via STARS

Ø  Other miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager
