Ensuring timely execution as per promotion plan (Delivery, Display as per planogram and Implementation of POSM as agreed) and adherence to the conditions of implementation (Availability, Visibility, Location, Price Tag, Display Capacity, Sellable Condition, POS Materials, Symmetry)
Assisting the Key Account Manager to develop account plans; monitoring performance and presenting the report to the higher authorities
Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares
Coordinating with the Sales supervisor to prepare the promotion proposals
Developing and executing sales plan towards the MTD and YTD Growth of the accounts
managing all SKUS, and proper distribution and maintaining the visibility as per mutually agreed terms
Actively participating in marketing events, leaflet / in store promotion
Negotiating with the customer on the investment of the promotion / secondary display
Administering Stock rotation and minimizing the return of stock from the outlets
Placing order, coordinating delivery and managing merchandisers
Reviewing the competitor activities and at the same time maintain relationship with the customers
Implementing measures to achieve the monthly targets
Drafting daily sales report and monthly sales plan and Coverage as per journey plan
