Key Responsibilities: -
ØRecruitment & Search (BlueCircle) -Carrying out Middle & Senior level search assignments for different clients starting from sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers.
ØHR screening / Assessment - Taking preliminary interviews to ascertain candidate’s competencies, skills and, aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation etc).
ØClient Management – Relationship building, client need analysis, mapping the requirements for probable solutions.
ØBusiness Development Support- Market Analysis for new business opportunities within existing clients & new clients.
ØBulk Hiring – Helping Companies in planning volume based phased out hiring. ØTeam Management – Handling a team of 2 recruiters. Responsible for team targets as well individual targets.
ØMIS - Responsible for monthly MIS w.r.t targets, revenue, productivity, payment collections etc internally for ABC and externally for clients
ØExpertise in handling both technical and non technical recruitments
