Intern at HR Department My main responsibilities were: to deliver HR strategy and support to the AsiaPac and EMEA Regions to working on a number of projects including research into a new internships scheme, company benefits, updating employee handbooks across our European divisions to assist the team on its standard tasks including producing reports and statistics, analysis of performance, producing employee letters etc. Learning outcomes achieved: Understanding employment legislation in central Europe and its impact on in house employee handbooks. Research, analysis and reporting. Written and verbal communication skills in English at high level within the organisation Delivering HR services to a Global business, the dynamics of business partnering and building strong relationships with operations.
