An accomplished engineer and business leader, Paul Stepanoff possesses expertise in a variety of technology-related industries. In 2008, Mr. Stepanoff co-founded Penn Renewables, Inc., a Quakertown, Pennsylvania-based company specializing in the design, installation, and support of sustainable energy solutions. As its Chief Executive Officer, Paul Stepanoff is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations, including sales, engineering, and strategic management. Adjunct to his new venture, he has become a NABCEP-certified solar photovoltaic and thermal installer. Paul Stepanoff’s prior positions have been with companies engaged in industries as varied as petrochemicals, metals manufacturing, electronics fabrication, and vacuum systems manufacturing. Prior to his position with Penn Renewables, Inc., he held executive leadership positions with Concept Group, Inc., and Latitude Manufacturing Technologies, Inc. Additionally, he served as Senior Principal Development Engineer for Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. Fluent in written and spoken English and Russian, from 1995 to 2002, Paul Stepanoff served as Chief Operating Officer Executive and Vice President of KK Interconnect LLP, a Kazakhstan-based electronics joint venture with the U.S. Department of Defense implemented during the Cold War disarmament period. During his management tenure there, from 1995 to 2002, the United States Congress recognized the company as “the best Defense Conversion Project.” Paul Stepanoff holds dual degrees from The Pennsylvania State University, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and an Executive Master of Business Administration. He was honored as the valedictorian of his MBA class with a grade point average of 3.96. He holds a Professional Engineering License with the State of Pennsylvania and is an FAA licensed Helicopter Private Pilot. Active in his community, Mr. Stepanoff has been elected as a Director of the Quakertown Community School District. When not engaged in professional pursuits, he enjoys a variety of outdoor leisure activities, including camping, boating, snow skiing, water skiing, and riding horses.
