  • Directly responsible for growing major gifts. I Grew major gifts ($25,000+ gifts) 15-20% year on year by adopting a focused, strategic approach to fundraising
  • Directly responsible for growing corporate gifts. I grew the Foundation's corporate donor base from $200,000 to over $3 million per year by designing win/win, sustainable strategies

  • Turned around failing major account within 8 months. Built necessary teams at customer site. Developed and implemented a corrective action plan to address identified issues. Result, signed a new contract worth $9.2 million over 7 years
  • Improved existing proposal response process by establishing relationships with potential customers prior to the proposal being issued. Resulted in three new pilot contracts in the first year, valued at $55,000 a year, with a potential to grow to $650,000 per year via multi-site locations
