Initially brought on as the Chief Technical Officer and within a year promoted to the Chief Operating Officer of a boutique, start-up financial services company focused on the wireless lease prepayment industry, responsibilities include all technical and project management aspects of the venture as well as recruiting, training, real estate deal evaluation and lease reviews.

§Create workflows, develop estimating tools, make presentations to potential new investors, and establish recruiting and training programs for new partners.

§Spearheaded the due diligence evaluation of 275+ wireless site deals valued over $22MM.

§Created and implemented a SEO (search engine optimization) campaign strategy that increased our web traffic by 317%. Instead of buying lead prospects from a commissioned sales force, we are now running a small call center to take applications form potential customers.

§Designed, built and launched the Corporate Website, E-mail System, Intranet Portal, Instant Messaging and Web Conferencing Services within 10 days of hire.

Responsible for the overall business development, program management, logistics and execution of site development projects on the behalf of tier 1 wireless carriers operating in the northeast region. Directing and coordinating the daily operations of a mid-sized wireless services division that specializes in site acquisition, permitting, construction management and operations of cell sites. Additional responsibilities include business development, training, recruiting, and profit & loss for the New York Metro office. By leveraging Change Management & Conflict Resolution techniques, implemented several changes that resulted in a 40% increase in EBITDA in my first quarter.

Lead the Business Development aspects and managed all the Zoning, Permitting and Site Design for rooftops, tower based and co-location sites during the pre-launch phase for Sprint. Accountable for over $ 1M in engineering design fees in my first year with this new client. Selected by the NJ Dept of Transportation to oversee all wireless co-location projects including those with AT&T, Bell Atlantic Mobile (now Verizon Wireless), NEXTEL (now Sprint – Nextel) & Omnipoint (now T-Mobile).
