After earning his bachelor of science in marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Paul Leimkuehler matriculated at Northwestern University in Chicago to study prosthetics and orthotics. Over the course of his career, he has served tenures as an orthotic technician with the Leimkuehler O&P Center, a physical therapy intern with Orthopedic Associates, and an orthotist with the Center for Orthotic & Prosthetic Excellence. Through the Range of Motion Project, Paul Leimkuehler traveled to Guatemala to cast and fit individuals who had lost limbs to amputation and who were otherwise unable to pay for prostheses.
A prosthetist with Prosthetic Orthotic Solutions International in Marlton, New Jersey, Paul Leimkuehler provides prostheses to meet all levels of amputation and limb loss. He also volunteers with community prosthetic and orthotic organizations, such as the Challenged Athlete Foundation. He also is planning upcoming mission trips to assist individuals who are in need of prosthetic and orthotic services.
