Guest-Relations / Receptionist
I am in charge of mantaining excellent customer service during peak meal times. Responsible for checking in and checking out guests in the morning, making reservations and welcome guests with an occasionally briefing into Lisbon’s places of interest. I've developed skills with the hotel management software “NewHotel Reservation System” and "Booking.com". Finally, I am also offering support reponding to inquiries and support-related questions by email.
