A seasoned executive, Paul Iaderosa began his business career with General Electric Company (GE) in Plainville, Connecticut, where he served as a Commodity Team Leader at GE Electrical Distribution & Control, as a Sourcing Manager at GE’s Power Equipment Business, and as a Global Commodity Manager. Continuing to progress at the company, Paul Iaderosa accepted a position as Manager of Materials and Sourcing for GE Meter Business in Somersworth, New Hampshire, where he led all purchasing, logistics, export, shipping and receiving, sourcing, and materials operations. His next promotion sent Paul Iaderosa to Mebane, North Carolina, where he became Plant Manager of a GE Industrial Systems plant, the company’s second largest industrial systems plant on the continent. In this position, Paul Iaderosa directed all operations, leading more than 780 employees. Following a two-year stint as Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Sourcing for GE Sensing in Duluth, Georgia, Paul Iaderosa joined wholesale distribution company HD Supply in Atlanta, Georgia. As Vice President of Operations and Sourcing, he directed all vendor relations, sourcing, and operations for the company. HD Supply provides services and products to the maintenance, repair and improvement, specialty construction, and infrastructure and energy markets. As his career progressed, Paul Iaderosa completed a number of professional development programs, including General Electric Company’s New Manager Development and Manager Development Courses (MDC). In addition, Paul Iaderosa attended The Home Depot Executive Leadership Program and the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, where he studied French and German. He holds memberships in the Association of the United States Army, the University of Pittsburgh Alumni Association, and The American Legion. Paul Iaderosa graduated from Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Upon graduation, he became a U.S. Army officer, serving primarily in Germany. During this time, Paul Iaderosa earned a Master of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh as a U.S. Army fellow.
