For more than 25 years, Paul Fisichella has performed as a leader in hospitality management. From his early years as a Bellman, he has risen through the ranks of responsibility to become the General Manager of several leading Las Vegas restaurants. Most recently acting as the General Manager and Managing Partner of RM Seafood, Paul Fisichella increased sales into the millions while also creating a culture of customer satisfaction.Paul Fisichella began his career in 1987 when he became a Bellman at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. His keen business acumen led him to a leap in responsibility level when, less than two years later, he became a Senior Research Analyst for Blair Communications. There, his monitoring of television ratings prepared him to track sales and analyze consumer behavior, a skill set that would serve him well as he transitioned into hospitality.In 1993, Paul Fisichella assumed ownership of Finnegan's, the longest continually operating pub and restaurant on Long Island, New York. A struggling establishment at the time, the restaurant soon turned a profit under Mr. Fisichella's management. By the end of 10 years, the restaurant was generating revenues in six figures. After this success, Mr. Fisichella had a brief tenure as the owner of a restaurant in Chandler, Arizona, called Rosalee's Italian before relocating to Las Vegas. Accepting his first position on the busy Las Vegas strip, Paul Fisichella became Assistant General Manager of Studio Cafe, a successful MGM-owned eatery. There, he learned the cost-cutting and revenue-increasing techniques that have driven his subsequent success. He quickly gained the interest of upper management for his profit-driving abilities and, only a year after joining the company, he became General Manager of Raffles Cafe. Highly successful in this role, he brought the struggling 24/7 Cafe to profitability, increased check averages across several properties, and decreased costs across the board. Paul Fisichella also went on to achieve similar success in General Manager roles with Stratta, an Italian restaurant under the Wynn Resorts umbrella, and then with his latest position at RM Seafood.
