Paul Auchterlonie

A graduate of Harvard University, Paul Auchterlonie has established himself as a dedicated leader in the behavioral health field. Over the course of a career spanning more than two decades, he has helped improve mental health and addiction treatment programs at organizations across the United States. Most recently, Paul Auchterlonie has focused on growing and improving companies as a turnaround CEO. 

Currently, Mr. Auchterlonie serves as the CEO of University Park Behavioral Health in Austin, Texas. He joined the organization after serving as the interim CEO of Decision Point Behavioral Health, an Arizona-based company, which he improved after making several operational changes. Earlier in his career, he served as a consultant for both behavioral health care and educational organizations. 

Alongside his day-to-day professional activities, Paul Auchterlonie has been asked to speak on various topics at industry events and on television. He appeared on three segments of The Doctors and recently appeared as a keynote speaker at the National Conference on Addiction Disorders in Denver.
