An expert in public policy, North Grafton, Massachusetts, resident Paul Andrew has spent much of his career advising others on economic strategies that create opportunity. He has worked in countries throughout Asia, Africa, and Europe, as well as across the United States and the Caribbean, and written and presented for a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit groups, and government officials.Recently serving in an advisory capacity to Switzerland’s Trade-in-Services group, Paul Andrew joined an international group of government and policy officials to promote expertise in trade policy. He previously worked with a team of representatives of Caribbean nations to discuss instituting economic policies that created stronger ties between Caribbean nations.
