I have the overall authority over all product development, serving as a product representative, involved in overseeing all marketing and selling and communicating product benefits to the public and clients. I lead a superb team of product developers and designers and their managerial roles such as assigning duties, hiring new talent, training employees and evaluating their performance. My main responsibility is making sure the final product is completely functional and meets customer expectations.

Nominated for three spider eircom awards and two appys for best app and best consumer app. No. 2 in Ireland for lifestyle app Develop and track marketing budgets to increase downloads and sales. Measure success of various mobile-app and in-app marketing campaigns. Create, target, and segment mobile (app) marketing plans and communications Coordinate all strategic activities with mobile (app) marketers, customer service agents, IT, and other departments as necessary Develop and execute mobile promotions for REEP Rewards products across retail and B2C. Drive profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas. Managed email marketing campaign production and execution Develop strategies and initiatives for social media content on all platforms Identify media outlets for press releases and promotions. Reep Rewards, Ireland’s first Mobile Loyalty Coalition, is a new app which allows consumers to earn cash based on their loyalty to its partner brands. To earn cash rewards, consumers simply snap a photo of their shopping receipt using the Reep Rewards app. The app reads the receipt and allocates a cash reward to the consumers account based on the products they have purchased. The app is free to download and available on both iPhones and Android.

Responsible for managing, developing and designing all online programs. Responsible for the launch of new ecommerce channel with our partners Buy4Now, selling 3,500 products. Managed tendering process and interviewed all design agencies to develop effective marketing materials for all consumer touch points across key trade sectors for Lloyds Pharmacy. Marketing team member for setting up two new Franchises in Ireland, Tullamore and Westport. Responsible for creative development for corporate partners and trade department online activity. Management of all agencies including media buying, digital campaign and PR. Created the first NFC (Near Field Communications) digital awareness outdoor campaign in Ireland. Developed the digital marketing campaigns by utilising a range of techniques, SEO and PPC. Lead the marketing development processes of existing and future platforms including the Procter and Gamble setup, for the ‘future shopper’ for retail in London. Created new commercial revenues for the firm using new social digital routes to market. Brought to market the ‘skin without compromise’ awareness app portal for skin care in Ireland. Evaluating btl customer research, market conditions and analytical competitor data.
