Marketing Director/Copy Writer/Investor Liaison

Beacon Audio

As one of the founding members of a four-year-old startup I'm involved in every aspect of the business.

As Marketing Director I create, coordinate and help execute all advertisement, social media and email campaigns.

As Copy Write Editor I'm responsible for writing all press releases, promotional and commercial scripts, ad copy, How-To scripts, website copy,  blog posts, as well as interviewing artists and other persons of interest.

As an Investor Liaison I cultivate relationships with potential investors. This ranges from supplying them with brand, product and financial information, to meeting face to face to discuss where our visions intersect, and how partnering together will enable both them and us to flourish.

Non-Profit Development & Fund Raising

MCIN is an intense two-year, hands-on program, based out of Phoenix, AZ and Los Angeles, CA (spending time in both cities throughout the program). The program is designed to teach not only the skills to develop and raise money for non-profit and faith-based organizations, but to instill character, integrity and an unparalleled work ethic into its students as well.

During my tenure at MCIN, I worked to develop and raise money for two neighborhood after-school programs; develop, plan, coordinate and fund raise for Christmas in Paradise, a yearly parade and gift distribution program in one of Phoenix's most underserved housing developments; raised funds for the homeless shelter, food panty, and work program at the Los Angeles Dream Center; please feel free to ask for further examples from my time in this diverse program.

Extracurricular Activities

Cherokee Street

As a resident of the Marine Villa Neighborhood in South City, I play a variety of roles in the events that take place throughout the year. These events include: The People's Joy Parade, Cinco de Mayo, The STL Swap Meet, The St. Louis Jazz Crawl, The Cookie Spree, Three-on-Three Basketball Tournament, etc.

I believe in working for a purpose, not a paycheck. If everyday I can be stretched, growing toward my maximum potential, and enable others to do the same, I feel that purpose fulfilled.
