In my short time with American Stone I have coordinated the creation of 3 new product brochures, developed marketing campaigns for 2 new products and 2 holiday promotions, and increased product and company reviews across all platforms, including Yelp!, Google and Houzz.com. 

I have also overhauled the company's social media strategy, raising engagement across all platforms by 135%. I personally created all assets for the inclusion of our 3 Utah retail locations in the 2017 Pond Tour, and our profile in LASN Magazine (Landscape Architect & Specifier News). 

In addition, I have taken and edited all-new photos of the company's entire product line, and prominent buildings throughout Salt Lake and Park City that have incorporated the company's product in the design of their buildings - this includes multiple IHC facilities, U of U Honors Housing and the Stein Eriksen Lodge.

As Logistics & Customer Service Manager I was responsible for coordinating and overseeing product shipments, every step, from exiting our partnering factory in China, to our warehouse shelves in Salt Lake City. In addition, I was in charge of warehouse, shipping and customer service team members, working with and for them to ensure a positive work environment, and customer satisfaction.

As an Investor Liaison I cultivated relationships with potential investors. This ranged from supplying them with brand, product and financial information, to meeting face to face to discuss where our visions intersected, and how partnering together would enable both them and us to flourish.

Trainer / Assistant to Operations Manager

After just two years with the company, I developed all-new training material for the employees, as well as conducted continuing education classes for associate contractors. I also trained all new employees, as well as administering quarterly on-going training courses for the entire call center.

As the Assistant to the Operations Manager, I worked on utility coordination projects such as the Beaver County Wind Farm, Pioneer Parkway, various Rocky Mountain Power Corridors, and pipeline expansions throughout the state of Utah.

Non-Profit Development & Fund Raising

MCIN

MCIN is an intense two-year, hands-on program, based out of Phoenix, AZ and Los Angeles, CA (spending time in both cities throughout the program). The program is designed to teach not only the skills to develop and raise money for non-profit and faith-based organizations, but to instill character, integrity and an unparalleled work ethic into its students as well.

During my tenure at MCIN, I worked to develop and raise money for two neighborhood after-school programs; develop, plan, coordinate and fundraise for Christmas in Paradise, a yearly parade and gift distribution program in one of Phoenix's most underserved housing developments; and raised funds for the homeless shelter, food panty, and work program at the Los Angeles Dream Center. Summary

I believe in working for a purpose, not a paycheck. If everyday I can be stretched, growing toward my maximum potential, and enable others to do the same, I feel that purpose fulfilled.
