Main Achievements: Introduced and set the vision and strategic direction for a formalised company travel programme. Delivered an end to end hotel sourcing programme by establishing a strategy with Lanyon, driving out 8% of costs with focus on value-add items

Renegotiated airline agreements to deliver an increase in savings of 250% and introduced a travel committee approach with representatives from 12 countries  

Led company's first Audit partner tender in 30 years, delivering 12% reduction in fees
