Every member got a copy and it turned out to be very useful.

Dr. Weber was my professor for my advanced methods class. He can attest to my research methods skills and knowledge as well as my skills with SPSS, specifically. He can also attest to my presentational skills as he was present when I presented the conclusion and discussion sections of a series of papers on nonverbal cues in computer mediated communication.
Dr. Defrank-Cole is the director of the Leadership Studies department at WVU and was the professor of my capstone. She can attest to my organization and creative thinking. There are several ways to approach leadership studies and I always preferred utilizing the models and theories but always demonstrated creativity in the ways that I organized papers and presented.
