A marketing analyst with extensive experience in direct marketing analysis within the financial and telecommunications industries, is seeking a position as manager of customer insight. A strong technical background in SAS and Visual Basic. Past analysis has included direct marketing, customer satisfaction analysis (Net Promoter Score), geodemographic segmentation and geographic information systems (GIS). Has experience implementing and analysing Net Promoter Score for the purposes of understanding customer satisfaction.
