I am responsible for the care and maintenance of the rental vehicles for my branch location. My duties include vacuuming and prepping the cars for renting, shuttling cars to and from car washes and dealerships for servicing, transporting clients to and from our office and their body shop/homes, checking fluid levels, and changing tires. I also deliver vehicles to business clients and process their paperwork accordingly. If renters fall behind on their payments, I have been sent to attempt to locate, and if necessary, repossess the vehicle.
I was in training to handle retention type calls as well as any other care calls directed to our call center. Unfortunately, due to my schooling, I was unable to continue my employment with Sprint due to schedule conflicts.
I worked the front desk from 11pm until 7am. I was responsible for balancing and auditing room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, guest and house accounts, and telephone revenue. I prepared all of the reports relevant to daily revenues and transmitted credit card batches. I acted as the hotels system liaison during the evening hours and performed all guest service representative functions as well. Being the only employee during my shift, I was also required to performed security for the hotel. Every night I would walk to all the entrances and exits on the premises to make sure they were secure multiple times during my shift. When emergencies happened I was responsible for following our hotel's policy depending on the situation to bring the problem to a successful conclusion.
I provided excellent product knowledge and customer service to patrons by being knowledgeable in products being sold. I worked in a fast paced sales quota driven environment. I am proficient with a POS system and I was responsible for all aspects of store money and banking deposits. As a store key holder I also completed the store paperwork for the day prior and had the responsibility to open and close the store. Being the senior sales associate in the store allotted me the opportunity to train all new sales associates.
I attended this vocational training during my senior year in high school. This course was a college accredited course which covered subjects such as network security, troubleshooting, and management. I also learned the fundamentals of computers and networking, basic computer assembly, and how to install computer operating systems.
Hard working, driven, intelligent individual who seeks to continue to improve myself and those around me. I strive to use my knowledge and skill sets to elevate myself to the next level.
I volunteered at Coventry Elementary School for two years in Mrs. Keaton's third grade class. I would take a small group of students out of the classroom for help with all subjects.
