 BST is a rapidly growing consulting & technology firm providing leadership development, change management, and safety performance improvement services to Fortune 100 companies in the manufacturing, O&G, mining, and transportation industries.

Drove the development and implementation of the firm's HR & talent strategies, developing organizational capabilities and managing day-to-day operations; led the firm through global expansion and multiple years of 50% headcount growth; managed 12 professionals in HR, Contracts, and Client Services teams.

TECO-Westinghouse is an $800M business unit of Taiwan Electric & Machinery that engineers, manufactures and sells large industrial equipment to petrochemical, mining and metal, wind turbine, and large manufacturing markets.

Led team of 4 HR professionals to deliver HR services for North American business unit, including manufacturing, sales, support staff, and corporate leadership; directly managed recruiting, compensation, employee relations, and performance management processes.
