As an analyst within Advisory, I was responsible for transferring processes from Pearson PLC employees in the US to their newly formed financial services centre in Belfast. Working within the North American Accounts Payable team I was able to:
- successfully transfer role from US to Belfast and produce process documentation for the role to be passed on the in future.
- introduce efficiencies' within Vendor Maintenance and establish frameworks for identifying trends and focusing on continuous improvement.
- manage the implementation of a new credit payment type in partnership with Bank of America to over 350 US vendors overcoming many obstacles along the way.
- collaborate internationally with co-workers in UK, US and India using Google products; Hangouts, Mail, Docs and Presentations.
